Identity crisis with our fellow press agency

He said, She said, We cringed
LGBTQ has really taken a toll on our dear fellow press agency, as they fail to differentiate between genders. In a classic case of journalistic enthusiasm meeting unfortunate oversight, our fellow press delegate Kris O’Hani, attempted to spotlight the Delegate of India from ECOSOC, crafting a beautifully written article, unfortunately addressed to what turned out to be the WRONG GENDER. Whether it was the delegate's androgynous charm or the press delegate’s impressive ability to ignore every visual and obvious cue, I suppose we will never know..
We sincerely apologise to the delegate of India on behalf of our fellow press agency for their misconception. Rest assured, your pronouns (and presence) have now been correctly noted.
PS: We hope Kris O’Hani will learn to ask before she assumes, right after she masters the art of telling the difference between a blazer and a blouse. We remain cautiously optimistic.
From the agency that checks facts and pronouns,
