UNODC: The Committee With the Most Brains Turned Off.

The press conference in UNODC was certainly a rollercoaster of utter nonsense. From nonstop table-tapping to literally insulting the press, this committee was really something different from the others. During this conference, most of the questions asked by the press were mostly answered by the Delegate of Mexico, an external volunteer placeholding for the actual delegate, who was a no-show. He stated that when he puts the placard down, he’s a volunteer and when he picks the placard up, he’s apparently the delegate of Mexico. He didn’t know how to keep his professional and personal life separate at the time.

Some of the delegates had the audacity to directly insult the press considering they couldn’t even understand the questions the press asked them. One of the delegates was literally using AI when the press played the national anthem of Mexico, which even the Delegate of Mexico couldn’t recognize and needed help from the volunteers. A few of the delegates like the delegate of Ethiopia and Libya couldn’t even justify what they were even doing to contribute to the agenda, they just avoided the question and repeatedly kept on rephrasing the same answer. Every other delegate would just unnecessarily table tap at whatever nonsense came out of the 2-3 delegates that were actually present during the conference and weren’t there just for show. The delegates that answered the questions came up with very random statements like “the info that i got for my GSL came from my head and from the internet.”

Honestly, the volunteers of this committee should become the delegates instead of the people who were assigned for this. Only a miracle can save this committee now.
