CNPC: The Most Informal a Committee Can Be

As soon as the press entered the room for the conference, one of the delegates had to be kicked out for being a nuisance during the session. Half the time the delegates would just start laughing and the other half the delegates would start table tapping for no reason when one of the delegates answers our questions. This committee seems to save its energy for hyperactive-ness rather than using it to pass the agenda.
Two or three of the delegates could barely maintain decorum throughout the conference, which resulted in nearly the entire committee breaking decorum.
The information that we gathered from the conference is mind-boggling. One delegate used informal language to express his anger, another delegate told their chair to shut up, some other delegate said “sorry” instead of properly answering the questions and one of them even said slurs like “lanjiao” during formal sessions. These incidents have their chair to lash out on them and tell them to maintain decorum repeatedly.
With the way these delegates have been putting up, it’s honestly reasonable for the chair to crash out. Who knows what will happen when they get another crisis.
