The delegates of USSR and West Germany were quite acrimonious when it came to attacking each other. The delegate of West Germany made it a priority to raise POIs after every speech the delegate of USSR delivered, whether they made sense or not. Is this delegate actually listening to speeches, hoping to give everyone involved a brain aneurysm, or just looking for opportunities to embarrass himself? Doing everyone a favour, the delegate of USSR eventaully spit out a retort, questioning the delegate of West Germany's knowledge on the agenda.

Evidently, the delegate of West Germany did not appreciate that jibe and had to blame USSR for causing wars, like the Battle of Berlin, which was completely unrelated to the agenda. And when the delegate of USSR questioned the relevance of this statement, the delegate of West Germany mumbled something about the war causing ‘economic instability’ and ‘therefore answering his question’ when the USSR delegate wasn’t satiated enough. It got to the point where the delegate of USSR raised a right to reply and demanded an apology, at which point the delegate of West Germany stubbornly shook his head and said ‘I’m not apologising’, like a misbehaving kindergartener.

Clearly their grudges were way more important than the actual agenda. Inevitably, their chair had to step in and remind the delegates to not bring up any historical conflicts to target each other as it wastes time. This highlights the importance of professionalism and staying on agenda to actually make progress.
