Delegates hug and swear instead of actually solving problems: ICA

For a committee in a time before electricity, ICA was about as shocking as you could imagine.

In a messy PSL with a sum total of 9 delegates in front of their committee(at the same time): ICA was as chaotic as it gets. One Delegate had even taken to scribbling “Cleopatra Sucks” onto their laptop. 

Another: Utda Punjabus III, decided to show off his linguistic skills by screaming to his entire committee “Merda means SHIT!”  Other delegates took to expressing their frustrations at their committee with such brilliant lines being uttered as “These people can’t read man” and “Even a 5 year old can do better than this.” 

Of course, the climax of this PSL was when Utda Punjabus III attempted to intimidate Reddus Maximus Puchkalus II. Punjabus approached and came right up to Puchkalus. Rather than maintaining ANY kind of formality: the two delegates entered into 

…a hug?

As Reddus Maximus smoothly put his arm around Punjabus II, this press delegate could only wonder how ICA would ever be able to come to a resolution.
