The conference was expected to be filled with serious debates and meaningful discussions. However, the session quickly became much more dramatic than diplomatic. The delegates of Vietnam and Malaysia were frequently seen talking throughout the committee, often appearing more interested in discussing other delegates than the actual agenda and when asked about they had mentioned about talking to make sure they were on the same page .

At several points during the session, the delegates seemed to be “cooking up stories” and creating their own theories about what was happening in the committee to escape the reality, that they have been pin pointed on their mistakes . Whether these stories were accurate or not remains a mystery, but they certainly managed to attract attention from those around them. Their conversations became so frequent that some delegates found themselves paying more attention to the side discussions than the actual debate taking place.

Not only were the delegates talking but the delegate of Philippines was using Whatsapp because the delegate was “sick”. At this point they are really amazing at cooking up stories.
